Flowergram was founded over 20 years ago and is currently headquartered out of Las Vegas, Nevada. They provide Flowergrams, Candygrams, and Balloongrams. They have a fair selection of each “gram”, but have a very large variety of gift basket options. Their Candygrams and Balloongrams are very creative and unique; they are guaranteed to put a smile on the recipient’s face.

Flowergram was founded in 1993, Candygram was founded in 1947, and Balloongram was founded in 1997. They have had ample experience in the flower and gift delivery industry.

The Good

Their prices are very competitive, before fees. Their bouquet of one dozen roses is only $59.95, which is on the lower range compared to some of their competitors’ prices.

Customers can look up real time tracking. If they want to track their order, they simply put in their tracking code into their “Track Your Order” section on their website and they can find out where your gift is located.

Their separate categories for “Featured Items” and “Top Sellers” gives customers a good idea of what previous customers have had a good experience with. Shopping in their “Top Sellers” selection will give customers assurance that what they purchase will be appreciated.

They have a large selection of gift basket options. They provide Candygrams and Balloongrams, with a large selection of types of each.

They have been in the gift and flower business since 1993 – so over 20 years. This is more than most of their competitors and shows that they have plenty of experience in the industry.

The Bad

Their floral arrangement selection is fairly small. They also offer a limited selection of types of flower arrangements.

Their customer service is only available during Pacific Time business hours; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. They also do not provide customers with a live chat option. So if a customer needs a question answered or immediate assistance after 5:00 PM PST or before 9:00 AM PST, they will not be able to speak to anyone.

Their Better Business Bureau profile is pretty empty; they are not rated or accredited. They have very minimal company information. It even states that the BBB had requested more company information about Flowergram, but has yet to receive it. This shows lack of transparency.

Their delivery and shipping fees can be very high. They also do not have a set deliver time; some of their competitors have a typical delivery time of same day. Flowergram does not provide that. They do provide express delivery, but it is pricey.

Some competitors give customer the option to rate and review each item they have purchased, so that future customers can see what arrangements are highly rated or poorly rated. They do not offer this option at this time. None of their products are rated or reviewed.

They do not offer consumers a mobile app for iOS or Android at this time. Their site isn’t too mobile friendly.

The Bottom Line

Customers can have confidence while shopping with Flowergram, as they are a veteran in the flower and gift delivery industry. They have been in the flower delivery business for over 20 years with very few customer complaints. They also offer customers a large variety of gift options.  Their gift options and experience in the gift delivery business is what sets them apart from their competitors. Since their selection of floral arrangements is very small and their shipping and delivery prices are high, we cannot recommend them for your flower delivery needs. However, they may be worth checking out if you want to send a candy or gift basket.
